The space between

Little to report this week, or at least to report with victory photos. 10 squares left on the blanket, finished 2 of the 4 hand-sewn buttonholes. Did a gauge swatch with some Berroco Maya and found that my knitting and purling gauges different enough to matter. I think I’ll experiment a bit with tension and see if I can even it out.

This weekend was dedicated to sorting, though. I have a rather deep cupboard where all the fibery bits go. After a handful of projects it gets rather disorganized and I’m really not sure what to start on next. Out it all came, sorting happened, and it all made it back in, with a wee bit of room to spare!

A fraction of the fun.

There are a lot of unfinished projects in that cupboard. The thought was to list them all, probably weep openly because there is just too much to do, and then prioritize them. I think I’ll just list the top tier. That and some of the mending.

One wonderful part of the weekend was enjoying the aftermath of the blizzard. It was just too beautiful to not be outside.

Skiing in April.
Followed by lunch at Artist’s Point.
